If you have decided to apply for a graduate position with BAM then we can tell you all about the interview process. The graduate recruitment process at BAM Construct UK is pretty simple: if you are successful at the application stage, you will usually be asked to participate in a telephone ‘screening’ interview and attend up to two face-to-face interviews.

Members of the graduate recruitment team usually conduct the telephone interview. They will also sit in on at least one of your face-to-face interviews, which are usually led by senior managers in the region or sector you’d be working in. Read more on this topic here.
